We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following data on our servers:

• Values you enter into any calculator (loan amounts, income, weight, height, age, etc.)
• Calculation results or financial projections
• Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information (PII)
• IP address or precise geolocation data

1.2 Data We May Collect

We may collect the following anonymous, non-identifiable data:

• Anonymous page-view analytics: Aggregated counts of which pages or calculators are visited most, used to improve the platform. This data cannot be traced back to any individual user.
• Browser localStorage: Your browser may store your last-used preferences (e.g., selected unit or currency) locally on your own device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
• Standard server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically record standard HTTP request data such as browser type and referring URL for infrastructure security and performance purposes. This is governed by Vercel's own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Data

Any anonymous data we receive is used exclusively to:

• Understand which calculators are most useful and prioritise improvements
• Identify and fix technical errors or performance issues
• Ensure the security and integrity of the platform

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

CalculHub uses minimal, essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party marketing cookies.

Some calculators may use your browser's localStorage to remember your last-used inputs for convenience. This data is stored entirely on your device and you can clear it at any time via your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services

CalculHub may integrate with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Vercel (Hosting): Our deployment and hosting provider. Standard access logs may be recorded as per Vercel's infrastructure requirements.
• Google Fonts: Typography resources loaded from Google's CDN. Google may process your IP address to serve font files.
• Open Exchange Rates / CoinGecko: Our Currency and Crypto calculators make real-time API calls to fetch live exchange rates. These requests are made from your browser and are subject to each provider's privacy policy.

5. Compliance — DPDP Act, GDPR & CCPA

We are committed to compliance with applicable privacy laws, including:

• India's DPDP Act (2023): As a platform primarily serving Indian users under a .in domain, we adhere to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. We collect minimal data, have a clear purpose, and do not process sensitive personal data.
• GDPR (EU): For EU-based users, we respect the right to access, rectify, and erase any data. Since we store no personal data on our servers, there is effectively no data to erase.
• CCPA (California): We do not sell personal information. California residents have the right to know we collect no personal data.

6. Children's Privacy

CalculHub is a general-purpose educational and utility platform accessible to users of all ages for mathematical, financial literacy, and health awareness purposes. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, please contact us immediately.
